Orders:
 We only accept orders that will be shipped to U.S. addresses, and reserve the right to check on the validity of the order.  We want to protect our customers from credit card theft and other illegal activities.  You can place an order for an item via the web site, by phone, Email or US mail.  Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders or orders for delivery to countries other than the US.

Shipping:                                          
Most of our orders are shipped via US Mail or USPS Priority mail, since it offers an economical and quick method for delivery.  Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment of your order.  Sorry, we do not ship Overnight US Mail, FED Ex or UPS.

Privacy:
Color “R” World values your privacy as much as we do our own.  We never disclose your e-mail, personal or other information, except as required to process, ship and comply with your order.  In addition, the email address you supply will never be used for periodic mailings about any of our products or services.

Security:
Any page on our website that asks for credit card or related information is highly secure. 

Sales Tax:
We collect sales tax for orders processed and shipped to locations in Wisconsin. 

Tax Exempt and Purchase Orders:
Please contact us directly via phone or email to place a tax exempt or purchase order.  We will need your Tax Exempt number as well as Purchase Order information for billing and processing your order.

Payment Policies:
Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders or orders for delivery to countries other than the U.S.
Email orders can be placed through the website.  You will receive a copy of the order via Email with payment details.   If paying by check, your order is not usually shipped until the check has cleared (which can take up to 10 days).  Make checks payable to Color “R” World.
You can also call my phone number to place and pay for your order over the phone.  However, we only accept Discover, Visa and Mastercard over the phone.
